Summary
Dentalverse subscriptions are non-refundable except in the case of a billing error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount, or unauthorised charge). We process all valid billing error refunds promptly and in full.
1. General Policy
All subscription fees paid to Dentalverse Ltd are non-refundable. When you subscribe, you gain immediate access to the full Platform and all its features. Because digital access is granted immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds for:
- Partial months or years of unused subscription time
- Forgetting to cancel before a renewal date
- Change of mind after subscribing
- Failure to use the service after subscribing
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content (which is educational and subject to limitations)
2. Eligible Refund Circumstances
You are entitled to a full refund if any of the following billing errors occurred:
- Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same billing period
- Incorrect amount: You were charged a different amount than what was displayed at checkout
- Charge after cancellation: You were billed after your subscription was confirmed as cancelled
- Unauthorised charge: A charge was made to your payment method without your authorisation
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe a billing error has occurred, contact us within 30 days of the charge:

Please include in your email:
- Your registered email address
- The date of the charge
- The amount charged
- A brief description of the billing error
We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
4. Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription prevents future charges. You will retain full access to the Platform until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not trigger a refund for the remaining unused period.

5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us first — we are committed to resolving genuine billing issues quickly and fairly.
