1. Ownership

All content on the Dentalverse Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, data compilations, AI-generated study materials, case scenarios, flashcard content, and software — is the property of Dentalverse Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright law.

2. Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Platform content for your own educational study. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or republish any Platform content without written permission
• Sell, distribute, or sublicense content to third parties
• Use content for commercial purposes
• Remove or alter copyright notices or proprietary markings
• Systematically download or scrape Platform content

3. User Content

Notes, files, and other content you create or upload remain your intellectual property. By uploading content, you grant Dentalverse Ltd a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for ensuring any content you upload does not infringe third-party rights.

4. DMCA / Copyright Takedown

If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to info@dentalverse.app including:

• Your name, address, and contact information
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
• The URL or location of the allegedly infringing content on our Platform
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
• Your electronic or physical signature

We will respond to valid takedown requests within 10 business days.
